Unit 4: Mine

Map mintro: Mine Entrance (1 secret)

  1. At this bridge, to the left, this circuitry appears to be shorting; sparks keep bursting out from it and the light source behind keeps blinking. Shoot it for a rocket launcher.

Map mine1: Upper Mines (2 secrets)

  1. Right towards the end, next to the ventilation switch, this computer gives off sparks. Shoot it for quad damage.
  2. After activating the ventilation system, on the way to the room with the bridge switch, shoot the different-looking wall and grab health and ammo.

Map mine2: Borehole (3 secrets)

  1. Under the stairs you will find armor and rockets behind the explosives.
  2. In the same room, before going into the pipes, jump in the water underneath the ledge to pick up adrenaline.
  3. Once you activate the drill, enemies burst out of adjoining walls. Go into the corridor that opens opposite the switches and shoot the back wall. You will find armor shards and adrenaline, plus rear access to the Drilling Area where you will get a silencer in a dark corner as well as surprise attacks on all enemies!

Map mine3: Drilling Area (2 secrets)

  1. You have to go in and out of this level a few times. After you enter the area from the lowest level of the Borehole, you have to shoot two red lights to lower the central beam out of your way. Down in the tunnel, the wall to the right is cracked. Shoot it to acquire invulnerability.
  2. After returning from the Lower Mines, at the very end, jump up the crates to the adrenaline. If the explosives get discharged before you can use them, you'll have to rocket-jump.
