Map e2m1: The Installation (7 secrets)
- Dive off the bridge on the left. Go to the far-left corner. There is a hole in the roof towards the right, red armour inside.
- In the room with the golden key are two slanted grids. The right one, seen from the golden key, has some steps. The wall above is an illusion and you can walk through it to a super health pack.
- Exiting from secret #2, jump in the small pool. It leads to another secret: health, shotgun shells, and a slipgate back up.
- Going through the gold key door, to the right is a large lake. In the middle, on the bottom is a drain cover. Shoot it and swim down when it opens. As you go through the drain, get the biosuit, turn around and shoot the grate opposite to open secret #5. Now follow the drain up to a room with a grenade launcher and ammo, and a slipgate.
- When you shot the drain cover opposite the biosuit on your way to secret #4, you opened a room in secret #4 with a Pentagram of Protection.
- Get to the area where a big steel cage encloses some computers. Behind the first lift is a small room with ammo. Inside, on the left, shoot the lamp. A secret door opens to Quad Damage.
- Take the lift to the top of the cage. Jump inside, and down to the bottom to get to the yellow armour.
Map e2m2: Ogre Citadel (3 secrets)
- Open the front gates FIRST, then jump down into the moat. Inside the cave is a lift up to a super health pack.
- Leaving secret #1, go left and follow the moat (if you go right, you find a lift up to the entryway) around the building. Keep going, it's pretty far. There are some stairs up, leading to a grenade launcher.
Notice the elevated pathway with the yellow armour. That's the path to secret #3. - Get out of the window to reach the yellow armour. You will land on the ledge you saw, heading for secret #2. Follow it, and pick up the super health pack. A slipgate will take you back.
Map e2m3: Crypt of Decay (5 secrets)
- Inside the first switch-operated door is a bridge. Opposite the bridge is a ledge with zombies. Toss a grenade. The explosion opens a secret corridor to the ledge (rockets).
- From the Zombie ledge you can see a half-submerged door under the bridge. Red armour and slipgate inside.
- Grab the gold key, go inside the right alcove and shoot the back wall. Inside is a super health pack and a partially flooded room. Under the surface is a blocked door - that's the entry to the secret level Underearth. You open this door in secret #4.
- After avoiding the shooters, you are at a T junction. The right corridor leads to the exit. Don't use the exit or you will miss the secret level. Turn left to the room with the button in the roof. Shoot it and enter. When you press the wall switch inside, you enable access to the secret level.
- Facing the shooters again, to the right of the shooter corridor is a ledge to Quad Damage. It is a tricky jump. Get over there and follow the thin ledge along the wall, enter the doorway, and jump down in The Well Of Wishes at the end of the room. Pick up the Pentagram of Protection and greet the dopefish. Swim to the back corner of the submerged room and shoot the far wall. A door will open right in front of the entrance to the secret level.
Map e2m7: Underearth (2 secrets)
- Next to the gold key door, a brick sticks out. Push it, the caged Quad Damage becomes available.
- Jump in the acid pool and hurry into the small room for a biosuit. At the other end of the walkway is a submerged tunnel, leading to a red armour. Then press the switch next to the small room to get out of the acid.
- [Not a secret] Shoot all the gargoyles throughout the level. The back wall in the second alcove in this corridor can then be shot open. Apparently, it has Tim Willit's initials inside.
Map e2m4: The Ebon Fortress (4 secrets)
- Just before you enter the fortress, wade over to opposite the platform with the zombie. There is a submerged room underneath with Quad Damage and yellow armour.
- Once you reach the top of the tower, go inside the door and down the stairs. Under the stairs is a secret room. Shoot the door to rockets and a super health pack.
- This is right next to secret #2. Go up the stairs to the next corridor. Shoot the wooden door. Follow the ledge to it to get Pentagram of Protection.
- Step off the top step in the room with the silver key. You will land in the acid, right in front of a small secret room. Red armour and a biosuit inside.
- [Not a secret] Reaching the silver door, don't open it yet, but carry on along the corridor. Stand on the very edge of a drop to the floor below - opposite is a barred room with Quad Damage, a super health pack and nails.
Go back and look out across from the silver door. Shoot the target. Back to the now unbarred room, grab the stuff, and continue through the silver door.
Map e2m5: The Wizard's Manse (2 secrets)
- Get in the first lake. You will find an opening in the bottom of the pillar. A lift will take you to shotgun shells and back out to the bridge.
- Grab the gold key first. Then shoot this bit of wall and the secret door opens to red armour. Jump down from the red armour to get Quad Damage.
Map e2m6: The Dismal Oubliette (2 secrets)
- In the first section you get to a moat with two watchtowers. Get the iron bar withdrawn in the right-hand tower. Go to the left tower beyond where the bar was. Jump in the water and dive under the floor for Quad Damage.
- In the second section you push a button and get the message: The second floor is accessible. Take the elevator up there. A wall in front of the iron bar has an iron texture. Shoot it and go down to a Pentagram of Protection and super health pack.
