If you are ready for sword training, you can receive it here (unmarked building, northwest near the market area).
Visit the Supernatural Emporium and buy a gilded dove. Note, you will need 475gp for your visit to the castle (though you can make do with 75gp or 275gp).

Palace

Go all the way north to the palace, and insist on seeing your family with the Caliph's permission.
Pay the guard 75gp to see your father.

New Dungeon

Ask about your father's health and give him a Potion of Extra Healing 600xp. Tell him you will ask after your mum and sis.
On this trip you are safe from the automatons so you can wander around, EXCEPT the automaton patrolling in front of your mother.
Your sister is south-ish of your father's cell. She will upgrade your sling to +1 600xp.
Your mother is far in the east. Be careful of the automaton there 600xp.
Update your father on their condition Ring of Protection +1.
Return upstairs and if you can, pay the guard 400gp to move your father to the best cell 1000xp.
